Process to Apply

This is a summary of our selection process:

STEP 1:
Applicants will be required to complete an on-line application at www.mypowercareer.com. After submitting your application on-line, you will receive an e-mail message confirming receipt of your application.

STEP 2:
Applications will be reviewed and assessed against our selection criteria. Candidates who score well during the screening stage will be invited to take part in the interview stage of the recruitment process.

STEP 3:
The most qualified applicants will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager. Candidates may be requested to supply a copy of their most recent transcript at the interview.

STEP 4:
Candidates who are interviewed will be requested to provide names and information for references that have direct knowledge of the candidate’s knowledge, skills and abilities. Reference checks will be completed on top scoring candidates.

STEP 5:
A job offer will be made to successful candidates based on the screening and interview process. Please note, job offers extended are conditional subject to meeting our security clearance, medical checks and status on you eligibility to work legally in Canada.
