Right out of high school, Allan knew that engineering was for him. This seasoned Professional Engineer, a graduate of China’s Fuzhou University, is now putting his experience to work as a Senior Plant Engineer within our Northeast Plant Group. Upon joining OPG, Allan was pleasantly surprised at the long period of training provided, and he also welcomed the opportunity to work on real ‘live’ assignments during his first month on the job. Allan’s focus is on becoming a technical expert. He sees the potential for achieving that here, thanks to the variety of work locations and environments, and OPG’s support for both personal and professional growth. Being able to walk to work and enjoy the local surroundings is an added plus for Allan, who envisions a promising future for himself and for OPG.
