Internships provide the opportunity for students to complement their academic background with valuable professional work experience relating to their field of study.
Internships at OPG are typically 12 months in duration and are available to Engineering and Applied Science and Skilled Trades students who have successfully completed at least their first year for Skilled Trades students and at least their third year for Engineering and Applied Science students. For many students, the completion of an Internship may be the final requirement towards graduation.
